OUR APPROACH


Stage one: BRIEFING

For us, everything starts with a crystal-clear brief. Our time working in agencies and for a media owner means we've seen many, many briefs over the years, many of them terrible! We never start any project until we've both interrogated and then agreed on the brief.


Stage TWO: TEAMWORK

We believe in working closely with the core project team to make sure everyone is on board and manage expectations. Everyone needs to be happy with the outcome, so we will be clear and focused on roles and responsibilities.


Stage THREE: INSPIRATION

The fun bit. We access what we call our 'inspiration network'. We have spent years building up a black book of amazing contacts, not just all of the big names in the advertising industry but everything from comedians, restaurateurs, writers, photographers, film producers, actors, pub landlords, even a trapeze artist. We can access these people use brainstorms, consultancy as well as contributing to your event.


Stage FOUR: DISTILLING

As with any good idea, we'll let it brew for a while. We might have a few ideas that we need to allow time to chew over.


Stage FIVE: POLISHING

Once we have collated and curated your bespoke event or solution, we will present it to your core team and make any of the necessary tweaks before getting the key stake-holders' approval.


Stage SIX: DELIVERY

Making it happen!


Stage SEVEN: PERFORMANCE

Evaluating results and receiving feedback is as important to us as the right brief. Once your event is over we will measure results against your KPIs and take on board any learnings for next time. We want everything we do to be bigger and better than the last time, but still with that memorable twist.
